Antares Energy, Ltd.

Antares Energy is an exploration and production company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: AZZ). B-29 Investments, LP was the largest shareholder in the entity from August 2008 until December 2010 while Antares was proving the concept and strategically developing its Yellow Rose and Bluebonnet assets within McMullen County. The entity sold these projects (totaling 23,180 net oil and gas leasehold acres) to Chesapeake Energy Corporation effective December 15, 2010.

Barnett Shale Packages

Phase I – A group led by Joint Resources Co. and HEP Oil Company, Ltd. (now part of Silver Creek Oil and Gas) accumulated Barnett Shale properties totaling 8,413 gross acres (of which 1,900 acres were developed) with 25 producing wells, 13 proved undeveloped locations, and an additional 37 unproved drilling locations. These properties were located in Denton, Johnson, Parker, Tarrant, and Wise Counties and were sold to Stroud Energy effective January 1, 2006.

Phase II – A group led by Joint Resources Co. and HEP Oil Company, Ltd. (now part of Silver Creek Oil and Gas) accumulated core Barnett Shale properties in Johnson, Denton, and Wise Counties consisting of 5,173 gross and 4,627 net acres. The package was sold to XTO Energy in June 2007 at which time it had 14 producing wells and an additional prospect base of 24 proved drilling locations, 23 probable drilling locations, and 28 possible locations.

Phase III – A group led by Joint Resources Co. and HEP Oil Company, Ltd. (now part of Silver Creek Oil and Gas) accumulated approximately 25,000 net acres in Cooke and Montague Counties in the Barnett Shale combo play. EOG acquired these assets during the second quarter of 2009 when the production at the time approximated 2,000 boe/d.

Eagle Ford Package

Phase IV – A group led by Joint Resources Co. and HEP Oil Company, Ltd. (now part of Silver Creek Oil and Gas) accumulated Eagle Ford Shale properties in the Texas counties of Dimmit and Karnes. Chesapeake Energy purchased the Dimmit County interests which approximated 34,440 gross acres (29,502 net acres), while Paloma bought the bulk of the Karnes County assets consisting of 5,620 gross acres (4,440 net acres).

Fayetteville Package

A group led by Joint Resources Co. and HEP Oil Company, Ltd. (now part of Silver Creek Oil and Gas) accumulated Fayetteville Shale properties in the Arkansas counties of Faulkner, Cleburne, and Van Buren. XTO Energy eventually purchased this package in 2007 when it consisted of 3,773 gross acres (1,801 net acres).
