Mr. Palma has served as the Chief Financial Officer for B-29 Investments since joining the firm in September 2006.  Kevin’s primary responsibilities include asset management, transaction advisory, business development, and financial reporting.  In addition, Mr. Palma assists with evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and ongoing portfolio company initiatives.  Mr. Palma served as the Chief Financial Officer of Select Energy Services, LLC (now a subsidiary of SES Holdings, LLC) during its transformation from one business line into a platform of oilfield service offerings during its high-growth phase of 2007 and 2008.  Prior to serving in these capacities, Kevin spent two years attending the Harvard Business School, where he earned a Masters in Business Administration.  Before attending graduate school, Kevin spent three years in the energy investment banking group at Raymond James and Associates in Dallas.  His experience includes merger and acquisition advisory, public equity and debt offerings, and private placements for small and middle capitalization oil and gas firms.  Kevin holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in public accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
